At Flexo, we offer a return scheme under this policy which provides the options of return, replacement, and exchange of the products.

Return, Replacement & Exchange

  1. Return, replacement, or exchange of the products is available within 14 days from the date of invoice.
  2. Options under this policy are only applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or has a size issue.
  3. Not all products may have the same return policy. Please check product-specific terms before requesting a return.
  4. Returns and replacements must be made from the original delivery address. Requests for a different delivery address will not be approved.

Conditions for Return, Replacement & Exchange

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange, the products must meet the following conditions:

  1. Product details must match: Name, brand, image, serial number, article number, and barcode should align with the original order.
  2. Tags must be present: The MRP tag should be intact and visible.
  3. Quality check: The product should be unused, unwashed, and unstained, with non-tampered quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals (if applicable) intact.
  4. No physical damage: The product should be free from tears, scratches, dents, or holes.
  5. Packaging: The product’s original packaging must be undamaged.
  6. Extras: All included accessories and combo items (if any) should be returned.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received by Flexo and verified as per the conditions stated in the return policy.
  2. For COD (cash on delivery) orders, if requested by the customer, refunds will be transferred to the provided bank account. Customers must share accurate bank details for a seamless transaction.
  3. Refunds for COD orders are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the necessary bank details.
  4. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
  5. In case the seller is unable to process the request for product replacement for any reason whatsoever, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed. However, you may refuse the order at the time of delivery.
  3. In case of any cancellation from Flexo due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  4. Flexo reserves the right to accept or decline order cancellations at any time.
