  1. Shipping Methods & Costs
    • Flexo provides shipping across all locations in India. (International shipping is currently unavailable.)
    • Only standard shipping is available.
    • Shipping charges can vary based on location and product weight. The total amount is calculated and displayed at checkout.
  2. Order Processing, Dispatch & Delivery
    • Once your order is placed, it is processed within 2-3 business days.
    • Please note: If placed on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
    • After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details that will allow you to check the status of your package.
    • Delivery time can range from 5-7 business days depending on the location.
    • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If they are unsuccessful, the order will be returned and refunded (for prepaid orders only).
  3. Delivery Issues
    • If your package is damaged or lost, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will help you in solving the issue.
  4. Incorrect/Change of Address
    • Ensure that you provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Flexo is not responsible for any misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
    • The option for address change is allowed until the order is dispatched. Contact our Customer Support team for the required update.
    • If an address change is needed after the dispatch, contact our team for further help. We will do our best to assist you in sorting out the issue.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. Payment Mode & Charges
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) payment mode is available for customers who prefer to pay after the delivery is complete.
    • COD orders charge flat Rs.50/- (non-refundable).
    • This payment option is available in select locations and may not be accessible in some areas of India.
  2. Order Confirmation, Modification & Cancellation
    • After placing a COD order, you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount and expected delivery date.
    • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are dispatched.
  3. Payment at Delivery
    • The total order amount, including charges, must be paid in cash to the delivery partner after the delivery has been made.
    • We do not accept any other mode of payments for COD, including but not limited to cheques, cards, and digital payments.
    • If the full amount is not paid, the delivery will be withheld until the payment is completed.
  4. Order Return & Refunds
    • Refunds for returned orders will be processed to your bank account.
    • Provide the required bank details for a smooth transaction.
    • Please make sure that the package and the receipt are in good condition when returning the order.
    • Order returns will not be accepted if the package is damaged or the receipt is missing.
    • Once the package is collected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
